On the day of dispatch we will email you a dispatch notification, and for items sent via courier we will also email you a tracking email. Failure to do so may result in the parcel being returned to us and you the customer incurring return and redelivery charges (see postage page for charges). Items can be returned to us for an item price refund as long as they are in the original packaging and sealed with all original documentation. In very rare occasions Royal Mail looses items. For an item to be established as lost we must wait 15 days (UK) and 30 days (International) from the dispatch date. A replacement will then be sent out if not received.
